| Duties: Supervise the personnel assigned to the retail
operations ensuring that the customer's needs are met while maintaining
control of personnel assigned. Specific duties will require but are not limited to, opening and closing of the business. Scheduling of the retail personnel ( cashiers, customer service representatives). Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring personnel are following company policies to protect company assets. Other duties as may be required in the day to day operations of an auto parts business. Qualifications: must have a 2 year degree, or equivalent education. Auto parts knowledge is a MUST.
